What are the key dates I need to be aware of?
|
| A: The WSDWTF 2008 takes place
Apr. 27-29, 2008. Apr. 26 is Move in. And the
Move out time is 14:00pm-20:00pm on Apr. 29, 2008. |

Where is the exhibition venue? |
| A: It will be in Shanghai
Intex & Mart Shanghai. The address is 77 Xing
Yi Rd., and 99 Xing Yi Rd. |
|
|
There are 2 main entrances in Shanghai Mart.
Which one shall we take? |
| A: There are different entrances
on West Yan 'An Rd., and Xing Yi Rd. Visitors
and Exhibitors of the WSDWTF 2007 China shall go
to the entrance on Xing Yi Rd., otherwise it will
cause you a lot of troubles to find the exhibition. |

How much does a booth cost in the WSDWTF 2008
China? |
| A: There are different areas
in the venue. Please refer to the "for the exhibitors"
in the home page. |

If we order Raw Space, what shall I be especially
aware of? |
| A: If you order Raw Space,
you will encounter some practical problems about
your booth design, setting-up, rental of furniture,
order of electricity, water supply, exhibits forwarding,
ceiling height, size of lift, etc., please refer
to "The Exhibitors Manual". Or you may contact
with Shanghai Zhongmao Company to avoid all the
troubles on site. |

If we participate as an exhibitor, is there
any other service we can enjoy? |
| A: Quite a few free and favorable
service are provided by Show Management--- Shanghai
Zhongmao Company. For more information please
visit us at The Exhibitors Manual. With time goes
by, more free service may provided, please always
visit this website to know more. |

Will kids be allowed to visit this exhibition? |
| A: The show is
only for trade visitors from Apr. 27-29, 2008.
No kids will be allowed in the exhibition venue. |

How do I order tables, chairs, other furniture,
Utility services, including electricity, compressed
air, water fill-up or drain, natural gas, telephone/Internet
and audio visual other stuff for my booth? |
| A: If you order Raw Space
you may choose a stand-fitting company as you
wish to design the booth and supply you with all
the tables, chairs and other furniture in your
booth. But all the Utility services, including
electricity, compressed air, water fill-up or
drain, natural gas, telephone/Internet and audio
visual shall be provided by the Official Contractor,
Exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Manual in
November or December, 2006 containing service
order forms, information on rental of all special
services that are available. |

If I would like to invite some customers to
my booth, what shall I do? |
A: There are
2 ways
1. You may ask your customers to visit us at www.wsdwtf-sh.com
to pre-register. With the serial number or a print
paper on the website, your customer can obtain
his badge at the entrance of Shanghai Mart &
Intex Shanghai .
2. Or you may tell your customer your booth number.
Ask him to register with his name card at the
entrance of the venue. He can obtain his badge
free of charge. |

How can I avoid my belongings stolen in my
booth during the show time? |
| A: If your booth is in Shanghai
Mart, please cooperate with security staff to
band your bag and belongings to the desk or the
chairs. If your booth is in Intex Shanghai, please
rent safe boxes and laptop locks free of charge
at the Furniture Rent on the first floor of the
exhibition center. |
 Detailed Rules and Regulations |
| 1. |
Fill in the application form for
participating in the exhibition and send it by
post or fax to the organizers; |
| 2. |
Please remit or T/T the exhibition
cost (50% down payment or full payment) to the
organizer within 7 days after making the application.
The balance should be paid off before March 27,
2008. We will write a receipt after we receive
all the exhibition cost. |
| 3. |
The exhibitors submitting application
form after March 27, 2008 should pay the exhibition
cost in full amount at one time. |
| 4. |
Principle for allocating exhibition
site: "First applying, first making payment
and first making arrangement"; for double
entrance booths, plus 10% charge; |
| 5. |
The exhibitors should fax the
bank bill of payment to the organizer after remitting
the full amount of the cost; |
| 6. |
The exhibitors can have the ordered
exhibition site reserved only after they have
paid the 50% down payment within the stipulated
period; |
| 7. |
The organizer will send application
annual to exhibitors not later than Feb 27, 2008
after receiving the application form and payments. |
